Questions worth asking before you start
Five things worth knowing before you hand any of this over — whose account it runs on, how approval works, what we touch, what you keep if you leave, and how fast we get back to you.
Whose Claude account does this run on?
You own your Claude account, in every tier. We help you set it up, but we never provision or manage a subscription on your behalf — it's yours, in your name, on your card. If work ever runs on our infrastructure instead of your own account, we bill that usage back to you as a pass-through, not a markup.
How does review and approval actually work, day-to-day?
Every piece of work — a reply, a post, a price change, a page — lands in your dashboard queue before it goes anywhere. You read it, then approve it or send it back. Nothing posts, sends, or goes live on its own. Over time, as the work proves itself, most owners approve in seconds — but the gate is always yours, and it stays yours.
What data do you access, and how is it secured?
We only connect to the tools you already use, and only to read or do the specific job — nothing more. Where we do store anything, each client gets its own isolated project — separate database, separate credentials — so no other client can reach your data. We never send passwords, API keys, or access codes through chat or email — connections go straight into your own accounts. We don’t hold a formal security certification today; if your business needs one, tell us and we’ll work through it with you.
What do I keep if I cancel?
It depends on how you work with us — cancellation means something different at each tier, not one generic promise:
- Get advice / a plan: You keep the plan — it's yours whether or not you go further.
- We build it, you run it: You keep everything we built. It runs on your own tools and accounts, so nothing stops working if we're not involved anymore.
- We run it for you: You keep the setup and everything we made. The monthly service stops, but the work and data stay yours — we hand off clean.
How fast do you respond?
We’re a small, solo-operator-scale studio, not a call center — when you reach out, you’re talking to the person doing the work. We don’t publish a fixed response-time SLA. If your business needs a guaranteed response window, tell us and we’ll agree one with you directly before you start.
